If you’re a fan of the National Tractor Pull that has traditionally taken place in mid-July at the McLeod County Fairgrounds, you’re in for a surprise. The local event has been upgraded to become the only NTPA Grand National Pull in Minnesota, plus its new dates — June 17-18, were added to the schedule for the Hutchinson Jaycee Water Carnival. The ever-popular Teddy Bear Band once again had youngsters and their Teddy Bears hoppin' Friday in Hutchinson's Library Square as part of the Jaycees Water Carnival lineup of activities.
