If you experience delivery later than 14 days, do not receive an issue at all, or it arrives badly damaged, please contact the circulation department or write us for a replacement copy. Include a mailing label if possible. Conversion of a subscription to an out-of-state or out-of-six-county address will affect the term of the subscription. Depending on the length of conversion, a subscription term may be decreased by up to 21 percent. Subscriptions temporarily suspended are not affected.
