| 2 | | I heard a rumor that MN Dot has already admitted the round-abouts on 7 were not designed correctly and are too small. Supposedly, next summer they are coming out. It wasn’t clear to me if that meant they were coming out, or being rebuilt to bigger ones. Either way, someone should loose their job, if this is the case. What a waste of Taxpayers money. Of all of the states I have lived in, I have never seen such a poorly ran State Highway department.
| 2 | | Except going aorund the rounabouts. I believe it reduces to 20 or so. Too bad the cattle truck carrying 34? cows to the plant didn’t know that. What a mess this morning. Apparently all the cattle were OK but I can’t quite understand how (with hitting a telephone pole and rolling over) they could be. I expect this to be a normal weekly occurrence.
