The American Red Cross has scheduled the following blood drive in May:
• 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 20, at GFW High School, North Cottonwood Street in Winthrop.

Donors must be at least 17 years old and must weigh at least 110 pounds. All blood types are needed to ensure a reliable supply. A blood donor card or drivers license, or two other forms of identification are required at check-in.
