Hutchinson Brewery was at 51 Fourth Ave. N.W. (State Highway 7). It was built into the hill across the street from present day Hardees and Southwest Initiative Foundation.

The Leader began publishing July 10, 1880. So, the brewery pre-dates the newspaper archive.
