LETTER: Many made Living History Tour a success

As vice president of Historic Hutchinson and the coordinator of the Living History Tour, I’d like to thank the community for the overwhelming response to our sixth annual event at Oakland Cemetery on Sunday, Sept. 21. We had guests come from as far away as Grand Forks, N.D., new local visitors and many that have been at all of our tours. It was a wonderful day.

We appreciate the understanding of those not participating, for any inconvenience caused by the need to close some of the gates for the few hours of the tour, for the safety of the crowds walking the paths.

We look forward to seeing more of you next year and we are always looking for suggestions of characters that you would like to meet.
