County Board slated to hear about extension service, emerald ash borer

The McLeod County Board will meet Tuesday morning at the County Courthouse, 830 11th St. E., Glencoe.

The proposed agenda for the 9 a.m., Nov. 17, meeting includes an update on University of Minnesota Extension Service activities, including a recent national achievement award bestowed on extension educator Nathan Winter.

Also on deck is consideration of a grant application to help the county’s nine municipalities battle emerald ash borer.

As with every County Board meeting, this meeting will end with an open forum for discussion and questions.
