McLeod For Tomorrow earns statewide acclaim

The Association of Minnesota Counties will present McLeod For Tomorrow with a County Achievement Award at its annual awards banquet Dec. 7 in Minneapolis.

Award recipients are chosen according to the following criteria:
• The achievement may be used by other counties and/or provide lessons for other counties.
• The achievement is highly innovative.
• The achievement resulted in tangible benefits for the county and/or community.
• The achievement required substantial initiative, leadership and commitment.

McLeod For Tomorrow, founded in 2007, is a local effort by McLeod County citizens to develop collaboration and awareness of countywide issues.
