Since 2007, Daylight Saving Time has been observed from the second Sunday in March to the first Sunday in November, adding about a month to daylight saving time. On Sunday, Nov. 1, it’s time again to turn the clocks back. State Fire Marshal Jerry Rosendahl suggests that when turning clocks back one hour, you change the batteries in your smoke alarms, too.
