Mathieu Amalric and Anatole TaubmanCasting has been confirmed for the roles of two main bad guys in the forthcoming sequel to 2006's “Casino Royale.”
This time around, James Bond will square off against French actor Mathieu Amalric as the head villain, and Swiss actor Anatole Taubman as a secondary henchman, according to Bond fan site MI6.
This casting news indicates the next Bond flick will continue the long-standing tradition of Bond bad guys having funny accents.
“Bond 22” is the less-than-original working title for the 22nd Bond film, which will star Daniel Craig as Agent 007. “Bond 22” is due out Nov. 7, 2008.
